Eltek Ltd. announced that on October 2, 2018, it received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq advising the Company that as of October 1, 2018, the company did not maintain stockholders' equity of $2.5 million, nor does it meet the alternatives of market value of listed securities or net income from continuing operations, and therefore is not in compliance with the applicable listing rule.

Eltek has 45 calendar days, until November 16, 2018, to submit a plan to regain compliance. If the plan is accepted, the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq can grant an extension of up to 180 calendar days from October 2, 2018, to allow the Company to evidence compliance.

"We are evaluating certain alternatives to regain compliance and intend to submit a plan prior to the November 16, 2018 deadline," said Eli Yaffe, chief executive office.
