PCB Equipment Maker Group Up Bracing for Strong Sales in 2019

Dry-process PCB equipment supplier Group Up Industrial expects its sales to expand at least 10% on year in 2019, given that its order visibility has extended to the second quarter of the coming year, according to company chairman AH Chen.

Digitimes reports that Group Up has also expanded its production lines to include machinery and equipment for backend IC substrate products as the company is enhancing its deployment in the semiconductor industry.
