China Actively Expanding Presence in PCB Sector

Top China PCB makers are emerging as new power in the global PCB sector, bolstered by strong financial resources and huge domestic market demand, and the leading firms have outperformed most of their Taiwan peers in revenues for the first three quarters of 2018, according to a Digitimes report.

Of the top three China PCB makers, Shennan Circuits saw its revenues for the third quarter of 2018 surge 41.22% on year, and its revenues for the first three quarters also increased 26.44% over a year earlier. Another leading maker, Kinwong Electronic's aggregate revenues for the first three quarters expanded 18.09% from a year earlier.
