PCB maker Apex International has reported consolidated revenues of NT$2.85 billion ($92.3 million) for the first quarter of 2019, the highest for the quarter on record and up 17.7% on year, according to Digitimes.

Apex saw its main growth momentum for the first quarter come from mid-range and low-tier PCBs for use in household electrical appliances, and expects such products to remain the largest growth driver in the future as the company enjoys lower production cost than China competitors in the segment.
