Taiwan-based Tripod Technology has signed a contract worth NT$2 billion ($64.8 million) for the construction of additional production lines at its manufacturing site in Xiantao, China, Digitimes reports.

The expansion project is targeted for completion by the end of 2019, and when the new capacity will come online will depend on customer demand. Tripod Tech said previously the company will focus on expanding capacity for multilayer boards to increase the added-value of its PCB products, while also deepening its deployments in the high-margin automotive boards.

Book Recommendation: GAP Selling

02/27/2019 | Dan Beaulieu
Get ready for the ride of your life because this book will rock your world. It is the best book on selling that I’ve read in 10 years, and I read all of them. This book debunks all of the so-called “axioms” about selling that you have heard throughout your career. The author “Keenan” (don’t ask, I didn’t) handles all of that sticky stuff that slows down—nay, just about kills—your sales effort.
