ITEQ Reports 21% Revenue Growth for Jan-May 2021

ITEQ Corp., a Taiwan-based manufacturers of high-performance copper clad laminate (CCL) materials used for the fabrication of printed circuit boards (PCBs), has posted sales of NT$2.67 billion ($96.49 million at $1=NT$27.68) for May, up by 6.4% from last year.
For the first five months of the year, ITEQ recorded total revenues of NT$12.75 billion ($460.7 million), up by 20.8% compared with the same period last year.

There are many criteria to consider. Many buyers want to grow through M&A, but they cannot find acquisition targets that fit their criteria.
