Hybrid Material Technology Update

Hybrid technology (the mixing of dissimilar materials in a multilayer package) has been around for quite some time. These materials are typically PTFE-based due for superior electrical performance. However, these materials do not possess the required mechanical attributes (flexural strength) to allow for proper assembly.
