PCB Supplier Zhen Ding to See Profits Up 450% in 3Q16

PCB supplier Zhen Ding Technology Holding is expected to post net profits of NT$1.79 billion ($56.76 million) for the third quarter of 2016, increasing 450% on quarter but decreasing 16% on year, according to an estimate by the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN), as reported by Digitimes.

Increased shipments of PCB and FPCB products to Apple and China-based smartphone vendors will help ramp up the company's gross margin to over 19% in the third quarter, said the report.

The estimate comes after the company saw its consolidated revenues grow 41.1% sequentially to NT$21.906 billion in the third quarter.
