A.C.T. (USA) Int’l LLC has attained the new ISO 9001:2015 registration.

“This accomplishment is a tribute to all of the good work and dedicated of our entire team," said Jack Gemmell, president and owner of A.C.T. (USA). "We are very pleased and proud of the united effort it took to meet this goal. I am very happy to be a part if such a great team of people."

The concern for quality control and reduced product variation can be traced back centuries. Archaic quality control methods were used by the Xia Dynasty in 2100 BC in ancient China. During the late 1290s in medieval Europe, guilds—the pre-cursor to unions—were responsible for product and service quality.
