In 2007, Shanghai Unitech contributed over NT$ 100 million to the parent company. The company is now adding more investment in the plant in order to capture more high-end mobile phone PCB orders, and to expand the existing 250 thousand square feet of monthly capacity to 550 thousand in the second stage of the expansion. The project will be kicked off this year.
Moreover, the company is also busy investing in its Taiwan plants, including the expansion of the solar cell plant in Yilan, and NT$ 1 billion investment in HDI manufacturing technology in its headquarters.
