Nan Ya PCB Buys 14.9 Million Inotera Shares, Increases Stake to 1.45%

Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board Corp. said it bought 14.9 million shares in Inotera Memories Inc. at an average price of 33.01 TWD per share during September 14-21. Nan Ya PCB told the Taiwan Stock Exchange that the latest purchase, meant to be a long-term investment, raised its Inotera stake to 45.1 million shares, or a 1.45% stake, accumulated at a cost of 1.47 billion TWD.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
